Nimbus Test Pilots Wanted

We are gearing up for a full scale testnet between Nimbus clients. Help us test things and earn some shiny kudos!

Nimbus Test Pilots Wanted

As our simulation MVP draws closer, we're becoming more and more aware of the need to run our arguably experimental software on machines that go beyond our own. We're looking for brave souls who would like to join us on this journey.

Ever since we started the regular development updates and Tweets like the one above, there have been multiple inquiries on how to join in and try things out, so we're making it official.

What do you need?

We need people who are willing to sacrifice some of their time and try out our installation instructions, run our simulation, and finally - when time comes - to run some demo validators and beacon nodes for those validators to connect to.

The aim is to polish the installation, make sure everyone understands what's going on when Nimbus is running in any shape or form, and to get feedback on our documentation to make it as user-friendly as possible.

What's in it for me?

Our gratitude, knowledge and hands-on experience, satisfaction of having helped Ethereum 2.0 grow and if you go through the whole set of growing pains with us and test everything we throw at you, a nifty Nimbus Pilot kudos badge.

Why would I want this?

Well, apart from the sweet digital swag and bragging rights, from the moment Serenity launches, this badge will be redeemable for its current value in Eth, no matter how much ether is worth at that point. You'll send the badge into a smart contract on Ethereum 2.0 and the contract will reply with 0.005 ether.

How do I apply to test your stuff?

Please fill out this form (below or via https://bitfalls.typeform.com/to/klupSi) and we'll be in touch.
